United Kingdom prime minister David Cameron has resigned following massive protests in the wake of the Panama Papers investigation which revealed how the world's wealthy avoid tax.
The Prime Minister told Conservative activists he accepted the blame for the response to the controversy over his connection to his late father Ian’s offshore business interests.
