Facebook Apologizes for Worldwide Security Checks After Lahore Blast

It's "working to resolve the issue"

Facebook has apologized for sending out security check notifications to users World Wide Sunday after a bomb blast in Lahore, Pakistan Martyred dozens of people.

The notification says, “Are you OK? It looks like you’re in the area affected by blast  Let friends know that you’re safe.” Facebook said some users accidentally received the message. “We have activated Safety Check in Lahore. We apologize to anyone who mistakenly received a notification outside of Pakistan
